You can file your complaint within 6 weeks after it was observed by sending an email to support@forcyd.com or by sending a letter to the following address:

Please make sure the complaint contains at least the following information:

• The name and address of the Complainant;
• The date of the Complaint;
• The date on when the conduct was observed;
• A description of the conduct against which an objection is made;
• The grounds to which the Complainant objects.

We will respond within 2 weeks of the receipt of the compliant. A copy of our full compliant procedure can be requested by sending an email to support@forcyd.com.
